I have been busy training with Stott Pilates and APPI Pilates to teach Pilates. I will soon be offering 1 to 1 Pilates sessions to my osteopathy patients and others interested in focused Pilates sessions with a qualified osteopath ………Watch this space!!!
I will also be offering specialist sessions to small groups of 2 – 6 people including a course on Pilates for Low Back Pain.
